Just a quick update

It’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything here, but a lot has changed since 2023. I’m no longer doing the digital nomad thing. Maybe I’ll do more in the future but sadly remote jobs seem to be increasingly fading and hard to get. It was tiresome at times but well worth all the experiences, and maybe a break is a good thing?

Here’s just a small shortlist of updates which I may dive deeper into in the future of things that have occurred in the last 3 years:

• I’ve had three surgeries. Two on my elbows and one on my wrist.
• Trips long and short to Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Japan, Portugal, Italy, more of Mexico, etc.
• Road-tripped in my electric car from Dallas to San Diego and back.
• The advent of AI has completely changed how I and everyone else work.
• Lots of PR’s at the gym but also 3 separate comebacks after all the surgeries.
• And more…

I figured I’d post something as a stepping stone to actually making more posts here, both short and long. I think they’ll primarily serve as my own musings to read and remember for my future self to revisit, and for others to see should they care.

It serves as my own reminder that I’m just another human on this planet which is becoming increasingly hard to resonate with when we can no longer tell for certain what was written or produced by an LLM or a real person. Rest assured these posts were written by me. I enjoy reading other people’s musings, and would like to contribute more of my own.
